Programs on the Amber Alert system, which is used to notify the public about child-abduction cases, will be offered at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Winona Middle School and 7:30 p.m. at St. Charles High School.
Law enforcement agencies in Winona County and eight counties in Wisconsin have combined to begin the program.
