Public access TV programming 11-17

• On the Belau Report this week is Rochester Mayor Ardell Brede, who is first vice president of the League of Minnesota cities and just back from the National League of Cities meeting. He will discuss his view of the elections, the issues, the upcoming legislative season and his priorities for Rochester. It will air at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on Charter Cable channel 10.

• Vets Visits on TV will feature these segments this month: a patriotic opening by the Rochester Police Honor Guard and national anthem solo; November dates in history; National VFW Auxiliary officer Jan Tittle will share goals, programs, eligibility and benefits to being a VFW member; a report from Neil Doyle of the Olmsted County Veterans Office regarding newly accepted disability; the Rochester to Kosovo link at Mayo Civic Center, hosted by more than 1,500 families, including interviews by co-host and producer Jerry Barnhart.

Vets Visits on TV is available on Charter Cable channel 10 in Byron, Eyota, Kasson, Rochester and Zumbrota. The show airs at 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. Monday through Friday and 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Viewers can also visit www.vetsvisitsontv.org.
