Thieves struck a Rochester well company twice this week, stealing batteries from a well truck.

The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office received reports from employees of Thein Well Company on Monday and Tuesday that batteries had been taken from a well truck that was left in a new development in Rochester Township, Capt. Scott Behrns said.

In both incidents, three batteries valued at $300 total were taken from the truck, near the intersection of Millie Road Southwest and Millie Meadow Lane Southwest.
