A Rochester woman, 21, woke Thursday morning to find her car missing.

Rochester Police Capt. Casey Moilanen said, according to a police report, the woman arrived home, an apartment in the 1600 block of 10th Street Southeast, at about 10 p.m. Wednesday and parked her car on the street. However, when she woke up Thursday she noticed the car missing at about 5:30 a.m.

The victim still had the keys to her car and believed she had locked the vehicle before going inside the night before, Moilanen said.

The car, a 2008 Toyota Camry, was estimated by its owner to be worth about $8,000, Moilanen said.
