AUSTIN – The Mower County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a LeRoy man who was last seen more than a month ago.

Steven Holm, 35, was last seen in Mankato on July 30 — the same day Holm's family last heard from him, according to the Mower County Sheriff's Office.

"We’ve run out of leads, and we are trying to seek citizens' help for any additional information that would help refresh the trail to look for him," Sheriff Steve Sandvik said.

Holm's family reported him missing on Aug. 7.

A vehicle registered to Holm was found around Aug. 2 at the Forestville/Mystery Cave State Park in Fillmore County. The car was towed at the direction of park staff on Aug. 6.

The Fillmore County Sheriff’s Office has conducted organized searches at the Forestville/Mystery Cave State Park but found no sign of Holm, according to the Mower County Sheriff's Office.

An arrest warrant has been issued for Holm as he has missed required meetings with the Minnesota Department of Corrections.

Holm is described as a white male, blue eyes, approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, approximately 180 pounds. Holm commonly sports short hair or a shaved head with a brown beard. He has multiple tattoos on his arms and back.

Anyone with information pertaining to Holm’s location can contact Investigator Pete Hillman with the Mower County Sheriff’s Office at 507-437-9416 or the Mower County Sheriff’s Office at 507-437-9400.
