Members of the Rochester Fire Department were called around 7 p.m. to 1501 Fourth St. NW, Timberland Apartments, according to a news release from the department. A car had driven through a garage structure before coming to a stop in an adjacent property.

The driver of the vehicle, whom the fire department did not identify, was evaluated on scene and was not injured. Three garage units were damaged as well as the contents of the garage and the car involved in the crash

Members of the department's structural collapse team were delayed in completing their work until the evening's storms had passed.
