Olmsted County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a storage shed theft after a woman reported missing more than two dozen totes from her unit in Cascade Township.

Deputies were called around 4 p.m. Saturday to Stockade Self-Storage, 1308 Hadley View Court NE, by a 38-year-old woman reporting her storage shed had been broken into, Capt. Scott Behrns said.

The woman said the lock had been removed and 32 18-gallon totes with crafting supplies, Legos, clothing and other items were missing, Behrns said. The woman estimated that the missing items were valued between $5,000 and $10,000.

The theft occurred sometime between March and Saturday.
