ZUMBROTA — A Rochester man whose car collided with a pickup truck and trailer was hospitalized after a rollover crash Tuesday.

Max Patrick Bahr, 38, of Rochester was southbound on U.S. Highway 52 about three miles north of Zumbrota at about 3:28 p.m. Tuesday when his 2017 Honda Pilot collided with a 1997 Chevy pickup pulling a gravity trailer driven south on Highway 52 by Lawrence Lowell Thomforde, 83, of Zumbrota, according to a Minnesota State Patrol report. After the collision, the Honda rolled several times in the median.

Neither Thomforde nor his passenger, Scott David Hoven, 63, of Zumbrota were injured in the crash. Bahr was transported via Zumbrota Ambulance to Mayo Clinic Hospital-Saint Marys Campus in Rochester with non-life threatening injuries. No updates on his condition were available. 

The Zumbrota Police Department, Zumbrota Fire Department and Goodhue County Sheriff's Office also responded to the scene.
