STEWARTVILLE — Two people were arrested Monday morning after members of the Olmsted County Sheriff's Office and the Southeast Minnesota Violent Crime Enforcement Team executed a narcotics search warrant at their residence.

Law enforcement executed the "knock and announce" warrant around 8:50 a.m. Monday at a residence in the 200 block of Heron Drive Northwest, Sgt. James Schueller said.

Officers located marijuana wax, marijuana vape cartridges, 45 grams of marijuana, a baggie containing a small amount of cocaine, drug paraphernalia and approximately $500 in cash, Schueller said.

Two people who were home at the time of the search warrant, 20-year-old Kasey Brogan and an 18-year-old woman, were arrested, according to Schueller. Brogan are expected to face charges of fifth-degree controlled substance possession and fifth-degree controlled substance sales. The woman was not criminally charges as of Friday.

A third person, a 25-year-old man, lives there but was not home at the time of search warrant. He is also expected to face charges — two counts of fifth-degree controlled substance possession, according to Schueller. Charges against him were not filed as of Friday.
