Quarry Hill volunteers needed

Quarry Hill Nature Center is looking for high school students interested in assisting with its Summer Nature School, which continues through Aug. 23.

Student volunteers will be assigned to half-day sessions, Monday through Friday, as group assistants working with an adult leader. Each group will have 10 to 15 participants, ages 4 to 10.

Activities include pond studies, fossil hunting, rock climbing, canoeing and mammal studies.
