Chocolate zucchini bread

3 eggs, beaten

2 cups sugar

1 cup salad oil


2 squares bitter chocolate, melted

2 cups zucchini, grated

2 teaspoons vanilla

3 cups flour

1 teaspoon soda

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon


1 cup nuts, chopped

Mix first five ingredients. Add and blend rest of ingredients. Pour into two greased bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
