HOUSTON -- Art created from recycled bicycles will again be judged in the REBART competition Aug. 17-18 at Trailhead Park in Houston.
The artworks must be made of at least 75 percent old bicycle parts. Prizes range from $150 to $500, and all winning pieces remain on permanent display in Houston.
