It’s a training mission and a fundraiser.
Volunteers from the Southeast Minnesota Chapter of the American Red Cross will host a Henry’s Heroes Brunch on Sunday.
The event will be from 10:30 a.m. to noon at Ben Franklin Elementary School, 1801 Ninth Ave. S.E. in Rochester.
Proceeds will support Red Cross programs and services. Tickets are $5, must be purchased in advance and are available at the Red Cross, 310 14th St. S.E. in Rochester.

Red Cross volunteers are training in Henry’s Kitchen, a 53-foot-long trailer designed to produce up to 10,000 hot meals a day in disaster areas.
The trailer carries potable water, a 50-gallon steam kettle, three 30-gallon skillets, two convection ovens, and a walk-in freezer and refrigerator.
