The Southeast Minnesota Chapter of the American Red Cross, a United Way agency, will have an open house from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Red Cross building in Rochester, 310 14th St. S.E.
The public may tour the Red Cross building, see the Emergency Response Vehicle, and find out what services are offered in the community and how to get involved.
At 7 p.m., Garrett Johnson, who used skills learned in a Red Cross CPR class to save the life of his grandmother, is scheduled to receive a certificate of merit.
