Life Purpose Process Workshop with Karen Machlica, 7 p.m. Thursdays, Sept. 12-Oct. 10. This workshop will assist participants in integrating interests, talents, spiritual values, and gifts in creating a more meaningful work/life plan. Attendance at all five sessions is required. Cost: $70. Space is limited.

Keeper of the Flame: One World, One Hope with keynote speaker Melvin Duncan, 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sept. 28 in Assisi auditorium. Duncan of the Nonviolent Peaceforce will speak on "Entering the Heart of My Enemy." An intergenerational and intercultural panel will discuss "What Is Peace: Internally &; Externally?" Breakout sessions planned. The morning will include displays of intercultural organizations, live music, and a peace mural project. Light lunch with breads of the world. Cost is $25 (Includes lunch), $10 ages 12 to 18 $5 under age 12. Register by Sept. 23 or cost is $30, $12 and $7 at the door.

Spirituality Enhancement: Intuition &; Creativity with Carla Holland, 7 p.m. Wednesdays, Sept. 25-Feb. 5. This discussion and support group will explore creative and intuitive skills for spiritual enhancement. Open to all faiths and spiritual traditions. Cost is $100 series. Register by Sept. 20

Wholistic Energetic Eating: Autumn Dietary Recommendations with Marina Keppler, 10 a.m. to noon Oct. 5. She will help participants explore a more healthy and vital lifestyle through the energetic properties of food according to the Five Element Theory (based on the seasons) of Chinese medicine. Co-sponsored by the University of Minnesota Rochester and Assisi Community Center, this conference will bring together experts to discuss the impact of Rachel Carson's book, "Silent Spring," 40 years after its publication. Assisi Holiday Tour will celebrate the 125th anniversary year of the Rochester Franciscan Community from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 28. Enjoy a tour of Assisi Heights, the holiday decor and live music by local musicians, holidazzle caricatures by Ed Fischer, holiday treats, and dramatizations of Rochester Franciscan history.
