STEWARTVILLE — The Rochester Roadrunners received a late two-run rally and five solid innings of relief pitching from Reid Neumann to pick up a 4-2 amateur baseball victory over Stewartville/Racine on Friday.
Neumann allowed just one run and four hits while striking out six over the final five innings to pick up the win.
The Roadrunners (13-5 Twin Rivers League, 15-6 overall) scored two runs in the top of the eighth to snap a 2-2 tie. Matt Bologna led the Roadrunners, going 3-for-4 with a two-run double.
Josh Schultz was 3-for-4 with two doubles and two RBIs for Stewartville/Racine.

The Roadrunners open postseason play on Wednesday. Their opponent and game time has not yet been determined.
