Robert F. Rosenthal -- Rochester

Rochester -- A funeral Mass for Robert F. Rosenthal was Feb. 26 at Epiphany Catholic Church in Coon Rapids, Minn. Burial was in the church cemetery.

Mr. Rosenthal, 71, of Coon Rapids, formerly of Rochester, died Feb. 23, 2002.

Mr. Rosenthal was born Nov. 9, 1930. He graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a degree in business and economics. He was employed by the state of Minnesota for 37 years, mostly in the mental health field as business manager, hospital administrator and chief operating officer in Rochester, Cambridge and the Anoka Metro Regional Treatment Center.

Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Vinnie; four daughters, Roberta F. Rosenthal of Maple Grove, Minn., Elizabeth M. Quast of Zumbrota, Jessica L. Thiesen of Longmont, Colo., and Carla J. Thiewes of Minneapolis; and five grandchildren. A son preceded him in death.

Kapala-Glodek Gearhart Chapel in Anoka, Minn., was in charge of arrangements.
