Roger Arthur Jones -- Rochester

ROCHESTER -- Services for Roger Arthur Jones will be at a later date.

Mr. Jones, 62, of 226 13th St. N.W., No. 2, formerly of Wabasha, died of natural causes Sunday (Sept. 12, 2004) at his home.

Born Aug. 9, 1942, in Chicago, he lived there until 1947 and then moved to Wabasha, where he graduated from high school. He served in the Navy and had lived in Rochester since his discharge. Mr. Jones worked at IBM for more than 25 years. He was a member of Calvary Episcopal Church and Minnesota Public Radio and enjoyed photography, art and music.

Survivors include a son, David of Rochester; two daughters, Holly Jones of Rochester and Nancy (Rick) Swarthout of Kasson; two grandchildren; and two brothers, Gomer (Robin) and David (Carol). Two brothers preceded him in death.

Johnson Funeral Home Services in Rochester is in charge of arrangements.
