ROCHESTER — The funeral and prayers for Rosella Quandt will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Ranfranz & Vine Funeral Homes in Rochester, with the Rev. Paul Nelson officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Quandt, 77, of Rochester, died Tuesday (April 15, 2008) at Saint Marys Hospital.
Rosella Marcella Weber was born Jan. 1, 1931, in Iowa, and lived all her adult life in Rochester. She worked in housekeeping at Saint Marys Hospital. On July 13, 1957, she married Gordon L. Quandt in Rochester. He died in 1981.
She is survived by a son, Kevin of Rochester; two stepdaughters, Judy (Jack) Pelowski of Rochester and Beverly (Gary) Fruth of Brainerd, Minn.; three stepsons, Gordon (Darlene) Quandt and Richard (Terry) Quandt, both of Rochester, and Kenneth (Kathy) Quandt of Rosemount, Minn.; numerous stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren; and two brothers, Clem Weber of Austin and Arnold (Rita) Weber of Meyer, Iowa. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, two brothers and a sister.
Friends may call an hour before the service at Ranfranz & Vine Funeral Homes.
