Who would have thought that these would be the NFC's unbeaten teams after four weeks?
Well, the only thing predictable about this league is its unpredictability. I don't know why magazines and sports writers even bother making Super Bowl predictions anymore. NFL rosters change so much each year that lousy teams can become good ones almost overnight -- and vice versa. And when a team turns the corner, the sky's the limit.
I'm not saying the Vikings will win the Super Bowl, but a dominant offensive line and a ball-hawking defense will go a long way toward keeping them in the game against any team in the league. The Vikings possess two quality NFL quarterbacks (lots of teams don't have one), and are getting better each week.
You don't have to be great to make it to the playoffs. You don't have to be great to win a Super Bowl. You need a good team that stays healthy, and you need to catch some breaks.
So far, everything's bouncing the Vikings' way.
