Steve Serratore, who lives in Austin and played hockey for the Dodge County varsity last winter, has been selected to the roster of the District Four Advanced 15-year-old team from Southern Minnesota.
This group is coached by Will Fish, the head hockey coach at Owatonna High School. The team plays a pair of preliminary games starting next week, and then competes in the Advanced 15 Festival Tournament later in the month.
Serratore is a defenseman and part of the 20-player roster for District Four. The team will be holding a series of practices over the next two weeks at All Seasons Arena in Mankato.
The preliminary games start a week from Saturday when the District Four boys play the District Six team at Burnsville. They will then play the team from District Eight on Sunday, Apr. 13, at Shattuck Arena in Faribault.

The Advanced 15 Festival Tournament takes place on Apr. 19 and 20 at the New Hope Arena. The top players from the "Minnesota Festival" will be chosen to play in the "USA Festival" in St. Cloud later this summer.
