DULUTH -- Tim Cameron wasn't about to take the Minnesota Department of Natural Resource's decision to remove portable potties along the Munger Trail sitting down -- not that he could.
The DNR blamed the state's budget crisis for its decision, but that wasn't good enough for the inline skater from Duluth who enjoyed the paved trail between his hometown and Hinkley, Minn.
"I thought, 'You know, this just isn't right,"' Cameron said.
He ordered a bright-blue outhouse and had it placed last month near the Munger Inn in West Duluth.
