There will be a special Mass at 12:10 p.m. Monday at St. John's Catholic Church, 11 Fourth Ave. S.W., Rochester, for the victims of 9/11, their families and loved ones, as well as for all those who have died in the wars and conflicts since that day.
Lanesboro
A communitywide remembrance service will start at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at Sylvan Park. There will be special music, including the debut of the Lanesboro Men's Chorus, and the speaker will be Fillmore County Attorney Brett Corson. Bring your own lawn chairs. In case of rain, the service will be in the Fellowship Hall of the United Methodist Church.
St. Paul
Gov. Tim Pawlenty will host the "Minnesota Remembers" memorial at 7:20 a.m. Monday at the Capitol Rotunda. The ceremony will honor the memory of Minnesotans and others who died on Sept. 11, 2001. There will be moments of silence at 7:46 a.m. and 8:03 a.m., the times when planes struck the World Trade Center towers.

Zumbro Lutheran
A candle-lit commemoration will begin at 7 p.m. Sunday at Zumbro Lutheran Church, 624 Third Ave. S.W., Rochester. The service will include hymns, scripture readings and special prayers.
