WINONA -- A Stockton man was sentenced Wednesday in Winona District Court to five years and two months in prison after pleading guilty to one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct.
Ryan Lynn Wilbright, 20, was ordered to spend four years in prison after pleading guilty to a second third-degree criminal sexual conduct charge. The sentences will be served concurrently. He will also have to pay $2,000 in fines.
He was charged Feb. 14 with the assaults that happened from October 2000 to August 2001. He was originally charged with four counts each of first-degree, second-degree and third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a teen-age girl.
