Stride for Fitness will be run Saturday

There will be a new location for the 25th annual Stride for Fitness 5K and 10K, which will be run Saturday starting at 8 a.m.

The race will start and finish at the Olmsted Medical Center Physical Therapy at 102 Elton Hills Dr. N.W.

The 5K starts at 8, 10K at 8:15 and a 3K walk at 8:20.

The course is an "out-and-back’’ on blacktop, on the bike path along the Zumbro River and parkway.

Parking is available in the parking lot in front of the OMC Physical Therapy and in the lot in back of and to the north of Northbrook Shopping Center.


Fee for the 5K and 10K is $15, which includes a long sleeve T-shirt. Raceday registration starts at 7 a.m.
