• Class A, AA subsection championship games: Spots in the section tournaments are up for grabs when East and West Subsection title games are played in Section 1A and 1AA. St. Charles (19-0) looks to stay unbeaten and capture the 1AA East championship when it faces defending champ Winona Cotter (17-4).
Golf
• Section One, Class A meet (at The Jewel, Lake City; Thursday): Top boys and girls players in Section 1A get a shot at one of the best courses in the area when the section meet takes place at The Jewel in Lake City.

• Section 1AA team tournament (Tuesday, 10 a.m., Lakeville): Rochester is guaranteed to be represented in the Section 1AA championship dual. Top-seeded Mayo and third-seeded Century meet in a section semifinal at 10 a.m. at Lakeville South High School. The winner plays again Tuesday in the section final.
• Section 1A team tournament (Wednesday, 8 a.m., RAC): Top-seeded Rochester Lourdes looks to get back to the Class A state tournament for the first time in five years.
Track and field
• Big Nine Conference meet (Friday, 12:30 p.m., at Faribault): The boys and girls conference champions will be determined at Faribault’s Alexander North Park. Field events begin at 12:30 p.m., running prelims at 1:30 p.m.
