Charges were filed Friday against three people arrested Wednesday night in connection with a drug sweep by Rochester police.
Jody Lynn Sommers, 26, 7559 Safari Court N.W., and Stephanie Anne Gullo, 24, and Daniel McIntyre, 31, both of 1804 Second St. S.W., No. 8, were among eight people arrested in the sweep.
The five others were arraigned Thursday.
Sommers faces two felony counts of second-degree controlled substance crime-sale for allegedly being involved in the sale of cocaine to a police informant on July 17 and Aug. 1, according to the criminal complaint. Judge Joseph Chase set conditional bail at $12,500 and unconditional bail at $30,000. Her next court appearance is Sept. 9.

Gullo and McIntyre are each charged with one felony count of controlled substance crime in the fifth-degree and two petty misdemeanors, possession or sale of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The judge set bail for each at $400. Their next court appearances are Sept. 9.
According to a criminal complaint, Gullo and McIntyre allegedly sold marijuana to a police informant on Aug. 21. When officers searched their apartment Wednesday, they allegedly found a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
