PLAINVIEW -- The funeral for Timothy Alan Loeding will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Schad &; Zabel Funeral Home, with the Rev. Greg Cress officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Viola.
Mr. Loeding, 33, of Rochester, died Friday (Aug. 29, 2003) in Fillmore County from a gunshot wound.
He was born June 12, 1970, in Mower County. He grew up in rural Eyota and attended Rochester schools. He was employed at Venture Metals in Hayfield. He enjoyed fishing and dirt biking.
Survivors include a son, Zach, of Rochester; his parents, Burt and Karen Loeding, of Eyota; a brother, Michael of Jacksonville Beach, Fla.; two sisters, Kristen Loeding of Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and Denise (Jason) Loftus of Dover; his maternal grandmother, Eleanor Mulholland of Eyota; and special friend, Linda Romero of Rochester. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather and paternal grandparents.
Friends may call one hour before the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
