WINONA -- A jury trial for a St. Charles man who has pleaded not guilty to four counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct has been continued into May.
David G. Henry, 55, was charged in Winona District Court Jan. 4 and pleaded not guilty Feb. 4.
The complaint alleges that Henry assaulted a girl, beginning when she was 14, mostly in the city of St. Charles. The girl was 19 when the charges were filed.
