The University of Minnesota wrestling team will seek to rebound from its first loss of the season tonight against visiting Nebraska. Minnesota lost to Iowa State 18-13 Sunday, ending the Gophers' 23-meet victory streak and a 14-meet home meet winning streak.
The loss dropped the Gophers to No. 2 in the national polls behind top-rated Iowa State. Minnesota had been ranked No. 1 every week since Jan. 21 of last season. Nebraska is ranked No. 12 nationally.
The Gophers have won 11 of the past 12 meetings against Nebraska, including 32-6 last season at Lincoln.
Gophers earn honors

Sixty-three student-athletes from the University of Minnesota earned Academic All-Big Ten honors for the fall season.
Football had 24 members named to the Big Ten All-Academic team, including Adam Weber, who was named to the Sporting News Big Ten All-Freshman Team and threw for a school-record 2,845 yards this past season. Honorable mention All-Big Ten honorees Tony Brinkhaus and Steve Shidell also received the honors.
