Victim of motorcycle crash is improving

SPRING VALLEY — A Spring Valley man who was critically injured in a motorcycle accident last month remains hospitalized but is improving.

Richard L. Story, 47, was listed in good condition today at Saint Marys Hospital in Rochester, a Mayo Clinic spokeswoman said. He had been in critical condition for days after the Sept. 22 accident.

Story was driving a motorcycle on Minnesota Highway 43 near Bratsberg in Fillmore County when it crashed in a ditch, according to the

Minnesota State Patrol.
