Felony charges
• Jason Richard Rommel, 36, of Kellogg, charged with domestic assault by strangulation and second-degree assault for allegedly assaulting a woman Jan. 26 in Kellogg. Bail was set at $10,000 with conditions and $20,000 without conditions. His next court appearance is set for March 12.
• Dustin Gerald Huneke, 20, of Mazeppa, charged with two counts of criminal vehicular operation for allegedly being the driver of a vehicle that was involved in an accident in December 2005 in which a passenger was injured. A court appearance is set for Feb. 27.
