"The Belau Report" this week will feature finalists for the Ward 2 seat on the Rochester City Council, Michael Wojcik (incumbent) and Mark Bransford. They face each other in the Nov. 3 general election.
"The Belau Report" may be seen on Charter Spectrum channel 181 at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in Rochester, Byron, Eyota, Kasson, Mantorville, Stewartville and Zumbrota.
