WATCH: Groundbreaking for new elementary school in NW Rochester

The groundbreaking event for Rochester Public School's newest elementary school commemorates the first of four new school construction projects as a result of the November 2019 referendum. This school will be built in Northwest Rochester off of Granite Drive at Schmidt Park.
