Slightly cooler temperatures on this Tuesday as more clouds are expected, especially in the afternoon hours when some of those clouds may bring a spotty shower to the area. The mercury will climb into the upper 60s to near 70 degrees under an easterly wind at 5-15 mph. Hit and miss rain showers are still possible tonight with lows in the upper 50s. There is a better chance for showers and some thunderstorms on Wednesday afternoon with a bit more heat as temperatures climb into the mid-70s. This active weather pattern continues through the rest of the week with temperatures climbing into the 80s by Friday. It will not be raining the entire time, but keep an umbrella on stand-by, especially in the afternoon and evening hours later this week.
