STEWARTVILLE — State highway officials will reopen westbound lanes on Interstate 90 on Tuesday that have been closed since July for paving and culvert replacement.
The westbound ramp to Olmsted County Road 6, about three miles west of Stewartville, also will open.
Single-lane traffic in the eastbound lanes will continue until mid-November because of road work.
