Winona celebration is Tuesday
Winona State University will hold a victory rally to honor its men’s basketball team for its NCAA Division II national championship. The rally is set for 7 p.m. Tuesday in McCown Gymnasium.
The celebration will feature a season highlights film and trophy presentation.
Winona Mayor Jerry Miller, head coach Mike Leaf, WSU President Judith Ramaley, athletic director Larry Holstad and members of the team will speak about the season.
After the ceremony, team members will be available for autographs.

Fans will be able to buy championship apparel and memorabilia at the celebration. The WSU bookstore will have items available for purchase at its location in Kryzsko Commons before the rally.
