COACH: Dwane Casey, second season, 33-49.
X-FACTOR: James. Breakout season came while playing for a bad Toronto team during a contract year. Needs to show the Wolves, desperate for a top point guard since sending Sam Cassell to the Clippers, that he is their answer.
OUTLOOK: Frustrated after two straight seasons out of the playoffs, Garnett has more help this season with the additions of James and Foye. That still may not be enough, though, in a conference where it took 44 wins to make the postseason last year.
