ST. PAUL — A 21-year-old woman has been charged in the stabbing death of another woman in St. Paul.
Authorities charged Whitney Tanee Kizart of St. Paul on Friday with unintentional second-degree murder. She’s accused of stabbing 26-year-old Jennifer Marie Linnear in the chest and neck Thursday morning during an altercation in Kizart’s driveway.
The criminal complaint says Linnear’s husband had been involved in a sexual relationship with Kizart over the past seven months but that the relationship had ended.
Authorities say Linnear and her husband believed Kizart had given them a sexually transmitted disease so they to her house to confront her when the stabbing occurred.
Kizart was in custody and could not be reached for comment.
