WINONA -- A Winona woman charged with endangerment of a child pleaded not guilty Sept. 23 to that charge and also to second-degree controlled substance crime.
Quiana Shaneen Evans, 20, was charged in August in Winona District Court.
The complaint alleges that Winona police heard Evans was going to sell cocaine to an informant. The informant went to a local motel to buy the drugs, and there was a child in the bathtub during the buy, the complaint states.
