A 23-year-old Austin woman reported being sexually assaulted on an elevator in the Twin Towers by a man who was visiting some residents with her.
The woman told officers she and the 24-year-old man, also from Austin, were at the Twin Towers together to visit someone, and the two were waiting together for an elevator when the man slapped the woman on the buttocks, according to Police Chief Paul Philipp.
When they got into the elevator, the man put his hands down the woman’s pants and tried to kiss her, said Philipp.

The woman reported the incident to police.
According to Philipp, the woman is a vulnerable adult.
