RED WING -- A free workshop on how to preserve family memorabilia will be offered at 7 p.m. May 9 at the Goodhue County Historical Society.
Bob Herskovitz, chief conservator for the Minnesota Historical Society, will discuss how to save books, documents, textiles, metal and wood. The public is invited to bring artifacts to be examined.
