MADISON, Wis. -- World Dairy Expo was full to overflowing with cattle with 2,451 head housed at this year's Madison show, said Roger Ripley, president of World Dairy Expo. That's more than 10 percent higher than the previous record, and because of the closed border with Canada, it represents a huge jump in U.S. cattle.
