AMES, Iowa -- In a duel of No. 4 vs. No. 8, Iowa State remained undefeated with a 21-12 college wrestling dual meet win over Minnesota Sunday.
Fourth-ranked Iowa State is 11-0 after rallying from a 12-5 deficit. Minnesota is 2-3.
Gophers senior Bobbe Lowe improved to 22-0 on the season with a win at 125 pounds. His 22 straight wins are tied for the 11th-longest streak in school history.
Minnesota has two weeks off as it prepares for the National Duals in Cleveland, Ohio, on Jan. 22-23.
