The Rochester Community and Technical College soccer team is coming off a three-game weekend sweep of teams in Illinois, all shutouts.
On Friday night, the Yellowjackets defeated Triton College in River Grove, 9-0, Saturday Joliet Community College 3-0 and Sunday in Glendale, the College of DuPage, 1-0.
Rachel Benhke was in goal all three games.
Scoring two goals each against Triton were Sarah Snyder, Kelsey Helgeson and Larissa Frolik. Snyder, Nikki Borkhuis and Nastisa Jensen scored one each against Joliet and Borkhuis scored the only goal against DuPage.
RCTC is ranked second nationally. The Yellowjackets host Dakota County at 4 p.m. today.
