The skyline of the Broadway block between First and Second Streets Northwest has changed less since 1968 than many in the city. Storefront signs for Montgomery Ward Service Center, Kelly Furniture Co., Rochester Cycle Shop, Hammond Organ Studios, the Sportsman’s Bar and the National Guard Armory are now Red Sea Cafe, International African Mall, Local 21, Centerville Apartments, Arsuquillah Store, Kings & Queens and the Rochester Senior Center.
