A former Stewartville man accused of masturbating in front of a minor was acquitted last week after a five-day jury trial in Olmsted County District Court
Jeremy William Vrieze, 37, faced one count each of felony first-degree criminal sexual conduct and fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct-lewd exhibition, a gross misdemeanor. The jury found him not guilty on both counts.
Vrieze now lives in St. Charles.
