WABASHA — A reception for southeastern Minnesota pastel artist Marcus Moeller, who will have his works on display at the Watershed Gallery at the National Eagle Center in Wabasha, will be from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Thursday at the center.
There will be light refreshments and a chance to meet Moeller. It's free and open to the public.
