Tracey Crews ofCooperative Response Center (CRC) in Austin was honored with theCentral Station Alarm Association (CSAA) Central Station Operator of the Year award at the Ninth Annual CSAA Excellence Awards Breakfast in Nashville, Tenn., on June 25.
Randy Ambrus, central station manager at CRC, was also named as one of three finalists for the CSAA Central Station Manager of the Year.
"CRC is very honored to have two of its employees selected for this important recognition," saidChris Holt, CRC's president and CEO. "Their contributions to our organization are very
significant and they are certainly deserving of this acknowledgement at a national level."
Crews was honored with a crystal cup trophy, and both of the honorees will be
