MINNEAPOLIS — Unrest in Bahrain has prompted the chief executive of Bahrain's economic development board to cancel an appearance in Minneapolis
Shaikh Mohammed bin Essa Al Khalifa was scheduled to appear at the Economic Club of Minnesota's February Luncheon today.
With demonstrations going on in the tiny island kingdom of Bahrain, the delegation decided to cut short its visit to the United States and return home.
